How it works

From overwhelmed
to a clear next step.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. Start with where you are.

01 / SHARE

Share your situation.

Start with your jurisdiction, the stage of your case, and what matters most. Identify immediate concerns, upcoming dates, and questions you need answered.

02 / PREPARE

Prepare your next steps.

Understand the issues, explore lawful approaches, and map out what to research, gather, or draft. Identify decisions that need a licensed attorney’s review.

03 / ORGANIZE

Organize your case.

Bring your timeline, records, evidence, and draft documents into a useful structure. See what supports your position and where preparation is still needed.

Built around what matters

Big decisions.
Better preparation.

Focused support for the legal, financial, and practical pieces of your divorce or family law case.

Children & parenting

Prepare for custody discussions, parenting plans, and child support issues. Organize relevant facts around your children’s needs.

Finances & property

Review financial records, property division, and alimony questions. Flag missing disclosures and potential hidden-asset concerns for lawful follow-up.

Evidence & discovery

Examine records, communications, and potential exhibits. Understand what they support, what they don’t establish, and possible admissibility concerns.

Documents & filings

Develop drafts of motions, responses, affidavits, and discovery requests from your facts. Review filings for gaps, clarity, and questions to verify.

Settlement & mediation

Clarify your priorities, organize proposals, and prepare questions. Evaluate practical tradeoffs before making important commitments.

Hearings & trial

Prepare timelines, witness questions, exhibit lists, and hearing outlines. Pressure-test your arguments and anticipate opposing positions.

Technology. With people behind it.

AI-powered.
Human-reviewed.

Every case is reviewed by real professionals on the DivorceOS team. Because your preparation deserves human attention.

Our team brings these professional perspectives to case preparation. Professional review does not, by itself, establish an attorney-client relationship or include legal representation.

Your jurisdiction comes first.

State, country, and local court requirements matter. DivorceOS asks where your case belongs before providing jurisdiction-specific information and uses current statutes, court rules, official court resources, and case law when available.

Facts over assumptions.

Good preparation separates what you know from what you suspect. Review focuses on relevant facts, supporting evidence, missing information, and issues that need verification.

Challenge the weak points.

Expect an objective look at contradictions, weak arguments, and what the other side might say—along with lawful ways to strengthen your preparation.

Clear expectations

A few things
to know.

Understand the support before you take the next step.

Does DivorceOS replace an attorney?

No. DivorceOS is a case preparation assistant and does not replace a licensed attorney. It helps you organize materials and identify issues for professional review. Legal advice and representation require a separate agreement with an appropriately licensed attorney.

Who reviews my case?

Every case receives review by real professionals on the DivorceOS team, which includes law enforcement officers, paralegals, private investigators, new attorneys, and mediators. This does not mean every listed profession reviews every case. Confirm your reviewer’s role and the scope of service before sharing case materials.

How does location affect the information?

Divorce and family law requirements vary by jurisdiction. DivorceOS first identifies your location and relevant court, then uses applicable legal sources when available. Deadlines, forms, and filing requirements should be verified with the court or a licensed attorney before you act.

Can DivorceOS help draft court documents?

Yes. Preparation can include draft motions, responses, affidavits, discovery, parenting plans, settlement proposals, and hearing materials based on facts you provide. Missing facts must be identified, never invented. Review drafts for accuracy and applicable court requirements before signing or filing.

What are the limits of the service?

DivorceOS supports lawful preparation. It does not assist with hiding assets, fabricating evidence, perjury, illegal surveillance, hacking, destroying evidence, or violating court orders. Case preparation and professional review do not guarantee a court outcome.
